Give your location (land description in rural areas) and describe the emergency. Keep location information by the phone.

The operator will ask questions and tell you what to do until help arrives –help is coming even if you can’t talk.

Calling an ambulance can cost $200 or more and is not covered through Manitoba Health. An ambulance should be called in life threatening situations.
